Three days down on this exercise on Project Kaizen. I mentioned handoffs as key in understanding a workstream. Bill Waddell took this concept much further, describing handoffs in the workstream, using a track example.
And, lest we forget, people matter most. From Tuesday’s postings, Jon Miller examines just how well (or not) we seven bloggers practiced what we preach. This type of robust conversation is an example of what a good project team gets to. Kathleen offers another take on networked conversation and the key role they play in improvement.
